Cookie Sales - Important Dates

Cookie sales start soon!  Here are some important dates for you to mark on your calendars:

January 26, 2013: Cookie Program Begins! NO EARLY STARTS!

• You will get your packet at our January 21st meeting.  We will go over the contents and will want to get all signed permission slips at that time.  You will not be able to take your cookie packet without a signed permission slip!

February 10, 2013: Pre-Sale Ends

• Please turn in your forms at our February 11th meeting so we can get everything entered into e-Budde by the 13th.

February 13, 2013: All orders and pre-sale incentives entered in to e-Budde

March 4, 2013: Delivery begins.

• Be sure to collect the money at the time of delivery!
• We are working on some cute "Thank you" cards for the girls.  The cards allow you to notate the cookies the customer purchased and total amount due.  We encourage you to allow your daughter to do as much of this as possible -- even if it's just signing her name to the note.

March 16 – April 7, 2013: Booth Sales

• We will schedule our booth sales in early February and ask that we have 4-5 girls per schedule.  Some booth sales will last longer than others and we will attempt to be sure no girl works more than 2 hours at a time (about as long as they could go last year).  The number of boxes sold will be divided by the number of girls and each girl will get credit for her time at the booth sales.  This will help her reach her selling goals and earn her selling rewards (used to be call incentives).
• Last year, we had booth sales at Ace Hardware and ZooMontana.
