Small group of girls last night, but oh did we have FUN! We talked about what fun thing we want to do with our cookie money and the 6 girls in attendance decided on a party at the Oasis. Jean & I will look into the cost so we can decide if we need to make changes to our troop goal. We also decided to put our service project ideas in hold until we get into the next Journey books as there will be another Take Action Project for us to come up with.
We are right around 40% of our goal of 2500! Great job girls!! Soon we will start talking about booth sales. If you have ideas for locations (especially if you have a contact there), please let us know! Don't forget: Sunday, Feb 10 is the last day for pre-sales. We need to have everyone's forms turned back into either Jean or me by Monday, Feb 11. If you think you may miss the meeting, please contact one of us to make arrangements to drop it off. Thanks!
Then, the real fun started. Alexis E, Annie & Maggie helped Alexis F, Caitlyn & Ellie earn their Kitchen Chemist patch by making ICE CREAM! The girls had a blast shaking their bags trying to make ice cream. (Video of their dance moves is forthcoming!)
