November 5: Regular Meeting. Jean’s House
Annabelle, Maddie,
Alexis & Annie brought some great things for our Operation Christmas Child
boxes! We actually have enough to almost
fill 2 boxes. You can still provide some
items if you like – either bring them next week to the tea, or drop them off at
Wendy’s house, 2721 Riveroaks Drive in the Heights (let Wendy know if you need
directions). Please bring items by
November 17 as I need to have the boxes to the church by the 18th.
Daisies: we had a very small group of our Daisies tonight. We helped Annabelle with the Promise so she
can earn her promise center. She will
say the Promise for us on the 19th!
Annie, Maddie and Annabelle talked about their favorite flowers and
favorite parts of the law. Annie’s
favorite part was “Be Courageous & Strong” like Tula. Maddie liked “Make the World a Better Place”
like . And Annabelle liked “Be a Sister to Every Girl Scout”, like Vi. The girls colored a picture of each of those
flowers and we talked about some fun things we’d like to do this year as
Daisies, like have a picnic at Lake Elmo.
